Garantie limitée

SIMAX inc. garantit ses briques et pierres décoratives exclusivement à un usage intérieur contre tout défaut de fabrication pendant une période de 10 ans à compter de la date d'achat initial, facture à l'appui, auprès de SIMAX inc. ou d'un détaillant autorisé.

Les variations de couleur et de texture (intensité et uniformité des teintes, différenciations blanches, taches, micro-fissures, autosol, différences de reflet ou d'éclat de surface) sont normales sur les produits SIMAX inc. Ces effets d'aspect sont la contribution de la nature et en aucun cas un défaut de fabrication.

La présente garantie limitée ne s'applique pas si l'installation est inadéquate ni aux dommages résultant notamment d'une exposition à l'eau ou à l'humidité, de la négligence, d'un usage abusif ou anormal, des mouvements de la structure, de catastrophes naturelles ou de toute autre vis fortuit. Toute transformation ou altération des produits SIMAX inc. annule automatiquement la garantie.

La garantie se limite à la réparation ou au remplacement, par un produit SIMAX de valeur équivalente, pourvu que la réclamation soit présentée pendant la période de garantie par l'entremise d'un détaillant autorisé ou directement auprès de SIMAX inc. Les frais de main-d'œuvre et tout autre coût lié au remplacement d'un produit SIMAX inc. ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.

Limited Warranty

SIMAX inc. warrants its decorative brick and stone products, intended for indoor use only, against manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years from the date of original purchase, receipt required, from SIMAX inc. or an authorized retailer.

Color and surface variations--including differences in shade intensity and uniformity, white marks, stains, micro-cracks, fades, and variations in sheen or surface condition--are normal characteristics of SIMAX inc. products. These aged-look features do not constitute manufacturing defects.

This limited warranty does not apply where installation was improper or for damage resulting from water or humidity, negligence, misuse, vandalism, structural movement, natural disasters, or other acts of God. Any transformation or alteration of SIMAX inc. products automatically voids this warranty.

The warranty is limited to repair or replacement with a SIMAX product of equal value, provided the claim is made within the warranty period through an authorized retailer or directly with SIMAX inc. Labor costs and any other expenses related to replacing a SIMAX inc. product are not covered by this warranty.
